If you're seeing a white border at the bottom, top, left or right hand side of the card when printing edge to edge. You may need to adjust the offsets of the print.
Before making any changes as shown below - Firstly check your card design/ template and make sure the page size is set to 86mm x 54mm and that the image/ template goes all the way to the edge there.
Once you have checked your software/ template. You can follow the below steps to adjust the printing offset.
Go into Devices & printers, select the HDP 5000 then select manage.
Go to printing preferences - Then select the 'Image 'Transfer' Tab.
Here you can adjust the positioning of the print.
