'An Error occurred while loading list of names'

When opening CardExchange or a template if you see the error message 'An Error occurred while loading list of names' the below steps will help resolve the problem.



This issue is usually caused by a Microsoft Office update removing the old Database Engine which is a prerequisite for CardExchange. 

Please download Microsoft Database Engine 2010 from the Microsoft Site.

To install this download:

  • Download the file by clicking the Download button and saving the file to your hard disk.
  • Double-click the AccessDatabaseEngine.exe program file on your hard disk to start the setup program.
  • Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the installation.
