The error message' The license with serial number xyz123 has been disabled. Please, contact your distributor to obtain a new license.
You will need to obtain updated license and serial number from Identity People. Please contact us for this info.
Once received, follow the below steps to fix:
- Close CardExchange and go to the location C:\Users\Public\Documents\CardExchange\License\
- Locate and remove the file in there called “lservrc”.
Once this has been done, when you next open CardExchange it will ask for their license details again. Copy and paste in the updated Serial and Activation codes that were provided.
